Sydney home loans shaped around your needs

The best home loan is the one that fits your income, goals and next move. Whether you have full financial records or need a low-doc option, let's talk through your position and find a suitable lender from our wide panel of banks and non-bank lenders.

What you get

A smarter path to your home loans

  • Options suited to you. We compare rates, fees, offset and redraw features, but also look at lender policy and the flexibility you may need later.
  • Low doc to full doc. PAYG, self-employed and business-owner applications can require different evidence. We identify a documentation path that fits your circumstances.
  • A lender that can assist. We assess your position before applying, then approach lenders whose credit policy is suited to your income, deposit and plans.

Home loan options for different circumstances

Every application tells a different story. We help present yours clearly and compare finance that supports where you are now and where you want to go.

Full-documentation home loans

For PAYG borrowers and applicants with current tax returns and financial statements, we compare standard home loans across banks and non-bank lenders.

Low-doc home loans

Self-employed borrowers may be able to verify income with alternatives such as BAS, business bank statements or an accountant's letter, subject to each lender's criteria.

Buying, upgrading or refinancing

We can help with a first or next home, a move to a different property, construction, refinancing or releasing equity for an approved purpose.

What we compare for you

A competitive rate matters, but it is only one part of a suitable home loan.

Rate and total cost

We assess the interest rate, comparison rate, application and package fees, and likely cost over your intended loan period.

Features and flexibility

Offset accounts, redraw, fixed or variable repayments, extra repayments and future loan splits are considered against your priorities.

Lender policy

Income type, deposit, living expenses, existing commitments and credit history can change which lender is the better fit.

Home Loans — common questions

How do I find the best home loan rate in Australia?
Rate alone doesn't decide the best home loan — fees, offset features, LVR pricing and repayment flexibility all change the true cost. We benchmark your scenario across our lender panel and show the comparison side by side.
What is a low-doc home loan?
A low-doc home loan lets eligible self-employed borrowers verify income with alternative documents instead of the usual full set of tax returns and financial statements. Evidence and eligibility vary by lender, and low-doc does not mean no assessment.
Can you help if I do not have current financial statements?
Potentially. Depending on your business history and the lender, alternatives may include BAS, business bank statements or an accountant's letter. We review what you have before recommending a path.
Do I pay a home loan broker in Sydney?
For most residential home loans there is no cost to you. The lender pays us a commission at settlement, and anything else is disclosed in writing upfront.
How long does home loan pre-approval take?
Pre-approval is often issued within 2–5 business days once your documents are in, with formal approval typically 5–15 business days depending on the lender.
